Making the small steps towards a new normal, we at Hemsley are committed to serving you through our passion for our products and knowledge to enable you even in these times though we’re physically apart, we’re still very much connected.

 

We prioritise the safety and well-being of our customer, staff and partners, we are implementing several safety measures that will continue until further notice.
 

Staff & Customer Safety

All our staff are temperature checked twice daily. All visitors will also undergo temperature screening before entering, and will be asked to use the Safe Entry system for contact tracing purposes. Staff and visitors must declare before entering the premises if any recent travel history and if they have any cold and flu symptoms.
 

Social Distancing Measures

In compliance with government regulations with social distancing recommendations, we have clear markers on the floor both outside and within our store to help customers keep their 1 meter distances.
 

Hygiene Practises

Our premises will regularly be cleaned, and disinfected, especially high contact areas. Hand sanitizers are made available in the showroom and office, and all visitors are to sanitize their hands before entering. All of our staff and visitors are to wear masks at all times.
 

Ensuring Safe Deliveries

Delivery personnel have their temperature checks twice daily and wears masks throughout delivery.

As part of our safety measures, deliveries of goods to site will be based on scheduled delivery times in staggered manner to your other supplier’s delivery to minimise physical interactions, as well as for goods condition checked on site will be carried out in accordance to the social distancing recommendations.
 

For self collection of your items, it will be through Contactless Self Collection at our showroom.
